1 General Terms & Conditions

By using 999det (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 999det and each user.

2 Account Register

3 Age Verification

4 Deposit Policy

All deposits to 999det must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing via another person's account is prohibited and may result in funds being confiscated.

• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000 (higher for verified accounts)

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings from 999det, your account must be fully verified and the deposited amount must have been wagered at least once (standard policy).

• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 200,000 (higher for VIP members)
• BKash and Nagad transactions are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• You generally have 7 to 30 days to meet the wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being voided.
• 999det reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Using professional betting strategies (such as arbitrage) to claim bonuses is prohibited.

7 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on 999det, please review the specific rules for each event. Different sports offer different betting markets, each with its own applicable rules.

• Minimum bet: BDT 10; maximum bet varies by event and market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet will be voided and funds returned.
• Odds in live betting change in real time; the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• 999det reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Both single bets and multi bets are equally subject to these Terms and Conditions.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999det. Any such activity will be acted upon immediately and may result in legal action if warranted.

• Fraudulent or deceptive activity — of any kind.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Introducing hacking tools, viruses, or malware into the platform's software.
• Collusion — gaining an unfair advantage by coordinating with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Harassing, insulting, or threatening other users.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

999det reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances. Users may appeal a suspended account by contacting the support team.

• Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Based on a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses and subject to wagering requirements) will be returned.

Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of BDT 100 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) after 12 months. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
